We will meet personally at your residence for up to 2 hours reviewing your bills & services. I will make some initial recommendations (how to save money without cutting services and offering some options for eliminating services you don't need or use) based on your personal situation. Prior to the scheduled meeting time, you will need to have completed the online profile form and assembled at least 1 (preferably as many previous months as possible) months bills for each service (if possible at least 6) that we can review. After our meeting I will perform up to 3 hours of research for your specific situation and then generate a report for you showing recommendations and potential savings. Within 3 weeks following our initial meeting we will meet again (approx. 1 hr) to review my recommendations. After this you will be provided up to 1 hour of phone consultation to use over the next 1 month.
Our consulting fee which covers all of the above is $139 (to be paid prior to 1st consultation) plus 25% of the 1st years savings identified (to be paid at 2nd meeting). The 25% is your assurance that I will try to find you as many savings opportunities as possible. Our guarantee is that in your final report you will be shown options (most of which do not require eliminating used services) that will cover our fee within the first 9 months of you having implemented all our recommendations (this assumes we reviewed at least 6 monthly bills of client). To be eligible for our guarantee your minimum income must be at least $35,000 year. The more bills reviewed the more the monthly savings that will continue long after you have recouped our fee. If having implemented all of our recommendations you have not been able to recover at least $139 plus 25% (of 1st years savings) in 9 months of bill savings (possible set-up, termination, non-recurring, security deposit, or activation fees not included), I will refund the difference upon you providing proof (receipts/statements). This means you must save at least $278/year or $23.17/month. If you are turned down or not-accepted by providers we suggest, upon showing proof we will work with you to find an alternative provider. Also recommendations must be fully implemented within 4 months of you receiving your written report during our 2nd visit. If I am unable to identify any savings or enough savings to cover our fee, your fee will be reduced or refunded as applicable at the time of our 2nd visit.
If extended or follow-up personal or phone consultation or further research or implementation help is desired, this is available at $25/hr or any part thereof. Any separate visit follow-up consultations are $40/hr or any part thereof. You will recoup these expenses but they are not included in our 9-month guarantee.
I am a degreed engineer who has done extensive research on cutting costs, saving money, and identifying companies that offer the same services for less. I am offering my personal research and experience, but note that I do not hold any licenses or certifications in financial planning, services, or consulting. I do not hold commission agreements with any of the companies that I recommend; my recommendations are based solely on who offers the best value for the money. You will not hold me liable for any problems that arise as a result of using the suggested services/companies. There is no guarantee I will offer every option available (new choices and plans are added every day). Any savings shown or suggested are not guaranteed. If the companies or services recommended don't accept you (credit, health, or other issues), I cannot be responsible (let us know and I may be able to suggest an alternative) however the potential savings will be counted towards our guarantee. The information, education, and recommendations I suggest are yours to act upon and you will not hold me responsible for any possible misinformation or any issues or problems that arise out of acting on my recommendations.

Most appointments are scheduled after 4pm on weekdays and on weekends.
